Services

Practical services to bring your Power Platform under control.

Most Power Platform estates grow faster than their governance. These services help you understand what you have, deploy it reliably, keep environments consistent and manage data growth.

01

Environment discovery and documentation

Find out what is really running in your Power Platform tenant, who owns it and where the risks are, then keep that knowledge in one clear reference.

What is included

  • Inventory of environments, solutions, apps, flows, Copilot Studio agents and custom connectors
  • Owners, makers, connections and connector usage, including personal and orphaned resources
  • Data loss prevention (DLP) policies, security roles and environment settings
  • Dataverse capacity, integrations and dependencies on other systems
  • A documented baseline with prioritised risks and recommendations

Outcome: A shared, accurate picture of the platform that architects, support teams and auditors can rely on.

02

ALM consolidation

Bring scattered deployment habits into one application lifecycle management (ALM) approach that every team can follow.

What is included

  • Solution strategy, publishers and managed-solution boundaries
  • Environment variables and connection references so solutions move without manual fixes
  • Source control for solutions, with reviewable changes
  • Deployment automation with Power Platform pipelines, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
  • Validation gates, release notes and a rollback approach

Outcome: Repeatable, auditable deployments instead of manual exports and late-night fixes.

03

Solution alignment between environments

Bring development, test and production back in line when they have drifted apart, and stop it from happening again.

What is included

  • Comparison of solutions, versions and components across environments
  • Detection of unmanaged changes, active layers and missing dependencies
  • A remediation plan to realign environments with minimal disruption
  • Cleanup of unmanaged customisations in downstream environments
  • A promotion path that keeps environments aligned after go-live

Outcome: Environments you can trust: what is tested is what reaches production.

04

Data archiving

Control Dataverse growth and storage costs while keeping historical data available for the people and processes that need it.

What is included

  • Analysis of Dataverse storage, growth trends and the largest tables
  • Retention requirements agreed with business, legal and compliance stakeholders
  • Archiving design using Dataverse long-term data retention, bulk deletion or export to Azure
  • Audit log and attachment retention strategy
  • Access to archived data for reporting and audit

Outcome: Lower storage consumption and a clear, defensible retention policy.

Engagement options

Flexible contracts or fixed-scope packages

Tailored contracts

Every engagement is shaped around your needs and budget. Engage support from one day a week for ongoing guidance and governance, up to several days a week for delivery-heavy phases such as a migration, a deployment overhaul or a clean-up programme. The commitment can scale up or down as priorities change.

Fixed-scope packages

Packages with a predetermined set of operations, carried out on your environments, each ending with clear findings and recommendations:

  • Deployment remediation: review how solutions are built and deployed, and get specific suggestions to rectify and correct the deployment process.
  • Data rationalisation: identify redundant, duplicated and stale data, and define what to keep, archive or remove.
  • Environment health monitoring: regular checks of capacity, failing flows, unused or orphaned resources, security and solution drift, with a summary of what needs attention.

How engagements work

From assessment to handover

  1. 1. Discover

Review the current state with your team and the platform itself.

  2. 2. Recommend

Agree priorities, trade-offs and a realistic plan.

  3. 3. Implement

Deliver the changes alongside your team, not around it.

  4. 4. Hand over

Leave documentation and skills so the result lasts.
